**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering 70-90 incoming phone calls per day from customers, identifying their needs, and providing personalized support to address their concerns.
* Making outbound calls to customers regarding medical referrals, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
* Asking thoughtful questions, actively listening to customers, and documenting essential information in our computer systems to ensure accurate and efficient resolution.
* Assisting customers in obtaining prescribed medical equipment and supplies, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
* Verifying insurance eligibility and benefit coverage, obtaining insurance authorization, and ensuring customers receive the care they need.
* Researching complex issues across multiple databases, collaborating with support resources to resolve customer issues, and providing solutions that exceed expectations.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* At least 1+ year of experience working in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center setting.
* Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications.
* Ability to work an 8-hour shift schedule during normal business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm PST) and occasional overtime.
