**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, friendly, and professional manner
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services
* Troubleshooting technical issues with our systems and processes
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations
* A valid driver's license (if required by local authorities)
* Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, and/or fingerprinting to satisfy company and security requirements
* Ability to secure airport authority and/or US Customs security badges (if applicable)
* Authorization to work in the United States
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:
* Working knowledge of Sabre or any other Passenger Service System
* Previous face-to-face customer service experience
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
