About the Role

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients' customers

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Ability to work remotely from your home in Georgia, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
