**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and customers. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer and internet connection, to handle a high volume of calls and provide solutions to customer inquiries. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your specific duties will include:
* Handling inbound calls from customers who have broken down and working to locate a service provider in the area
* Supporting intake and dispatch emergency road service calls to truckers
* Handling escalated issues from the tire service centers
* Answering calls from customers who have broken down and working to resolve their issues
* Inputting relevant call information into our PC system
* Processing new sales orders or upgrading panel types
* Transferring calls to other departments or call centers as needed
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to move fast, fix problems, and be nice
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in the English language
* Work from home experience preferred
* History of great attendance
* Must be highly organized and able to follow-through
* PC familiarity and proficient typing skills
* Ability to navigate through several web applications simultaneously
* Strong technical skills
* Must be articulate and professional
* Successfully pass a criminal background, drug screen, and employment verification
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous call center experience
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
