Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates, responding promptly and professionally to their inquiries and concerns.
- Navigate multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate in a conversational manner, utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed their needs.
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and dedication to making a positive impact on the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
- Successful completion of mandatory training programs
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
