We're seeking highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team in overnight shifts, working from home in Illinois. **Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of life-sustaining medications. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner
* Resolve patient issues, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
* Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, ensuring they feel heard and understood
* Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to ensure timely delivery of medications
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
* 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues
* Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone
* Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
* Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds

**Training Schedule**
* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule)
* Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)
**Pay Range**
* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour
* The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location
