Job Summary
We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Online Airport Customer Service team as remote customer service representatives. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional support to our passengers before, during, and after their travel experience. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while being an integral part of a world-class airline.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with booking flights, cancellations, and itinerary changes
- Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and gate information
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with baggage claims and lost items
- Offer support for online check-in and mobile app navigation
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply.
