As a NUTILITI Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve issues related to billing, regulations, payments, and the functioning of the Nutiliti application. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone calls, text messages, emails, and voice notes. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interactions: Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, text messages, emails, and voice notes, providing clear and concise solutions to their queries.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex problems to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Nutiliti application, its features, and functionalities to effectively address customer questions.
- Communication: Provide clear, concise, and accurate information to customers, ensuring a positive experience and building trust.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
To succeed as a NUTILITI Customer Service Representative, you will need:
- Advanced English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer Service Experience: At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
