This is a full-time, 40 hours/week position, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am - 10:00pm EST. Occasional overtime may be required, given the business need. We offer weeks of on-the-job training, and the hours of the training will be aligned with your schedule. As a telecommuter, you will be required to adhere to arenaflex's Telecommuter Policy and have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $28.27 per hour, depending on factors such as local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
