We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our Member Services team on the Remote West Coast. As a vital part of our customer-facing operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. While prior experience in a call center environment is preferred, we welcome applications from individuals with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
