- Conduct yourself in a business-like and respectful manner, adapting productively to changes and performing other essential tasks as assigned.
- Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
- Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
