Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, telephone, in-person, and at customers' places of business
- Preparing estimates, implementing work orders, and ensuring timely delivery of finished orders
- Participating in daily team meetings, executing business and marketing plans, and contributing to the success of our blithequark Center
- Building long-lasting relationships with customers by turning prospects into loyal clients
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed advice and consultation to customers
- Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more) and view a computer screen for extended periods (4 hours or more)
