Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and follow scripted questions to gather information from callers
- Data enter information into a ticket format and identify work sites on a mapping system similar to Google Maps
- Communicate effectively and create positive relationships with excavators, peers, and management
- Process information quickly and accurately using outlined criteria
- Provide excellent customer service at all times and demonstrate an interest in public safety
- Work effectively and independently in a home or office environment
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to listen and problem solve effectively
- General computer skills
- Ability to adhere to a work schedule including having good attendance
- Ability to work as a team and be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to work overtime based upon the business needs of the call center
- Availability to work during operating hours of the call center
- Must pass a criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to accurately read digital maps
