Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share a passion for delivering exceptional results and making a meaningful impact. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner * Processing complex orders and requests with 100% accuracy from intake to filing * Ensuring the customer management system is updated accurately and efficiently * Clarifying, diagnosing, and resolving customer order issues in a fair and timely manner * Scheduling appointments with homeowners and communicating order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners * Creating packets or other materials as required for sales fulfillment process * Handling permits and inspections, and preparing customer correspondence * Identifying and implementing ways to improve overall level of service * Communicating order fulfillment process information to internal delivery partners and providing customer/delivery partner feedback * Administering programs, such as the customer referral program * Training others in office and customer service processes * Creating purchase orders, processing payments, or processing receipts (as needed) **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2-4 years' work experience in order processing or a related field * Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and general computer skills * Strong phone etiquette and verbal skills to facilitate problem resolution * Intermediate writing skills * The ability to determine customer needs and assist in resolving issues for assigned area **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a hybrid model (onsite and remote) * Familiarity with customer management systems and software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * Health Savings Account contributions * Paid holidays and PTO * 401(k) plan and contributions * Professional development and tuition reimbursement opportunities * Charity contributions * Nationwide career opportunities * Profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation.
