As a Customer Service Representative (Remote) at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work from home and provide inbound customer support to our healthcare clients. You will be the first point of contact for members with insurance-related needs, including inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, appeals, grievances, and troubleshooting medical devices. Your goal will be to provide a positive and welcoming experience to members, being empathetic and answering their inquiries thoroughly and professionally.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation. You should have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience and a verifiable High School diploma or GED. Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge are also required, as well as proficiency in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. You should be patient, compassionate, and empathetic, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should also be able to navigate multiple systems efficiently and be eager to learn new technologies.
