About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of phone calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely, accurate, and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive.
- Track orders efficiently and effectively, providing updates and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities, presenting customers with relevant products and services that meet their needs and enhance their overall experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, fairly, and professionally, adhering to established company guidelines and procedures to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
- Assist with order verification, damaged/lost package claims, and reshipments, ensuring that customers receive their products in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Essential Qualifications
- A dedicated home office or workspace with a computer, two monitors, keyboard, mouse, and headset, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Availability to work a standard schedule of 7:00am to 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time, with flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends during peak holiday seasons.
- A minimum of six months' experience working remotely, demonstrating your ability to self-motivate, manage your time effectively, and maintain productivity in a home-based setting.
- At least two years' experience in a customer-facing role, providing support via email, phone, chat, and social media, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in using customer service ticketing systems, such as Zendesk, with the ability to navigate and utilize technology to enhance customer interactions and resolve issues promptly.
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and keyboarding, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process customer information and resolve issues.
- Experience working with metrics such as handle time, quality assurance, and other key performance indicators, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development.
