Key Responsibilities:
- Process client emails, chats, faxes, and lockbox with accuracy and adherence to process (i.e., FIFO)
- Handle specialty orders and process handling with precision and care
- Provide client chat support, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Offer customer service phone support, ensuring that all calls are handled with empathy and a positive attitude
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while delivering superior customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate and timely product and service information to clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Ensure prompt and accurate order completion, following up on client requests and resolving any issues that may arise
- Promptly complete account correspondence (email, chat, fax, etc.), keeping clients informed and up-to-date on their orders and accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education
- Previous inbound call center experience, preferably in a customer-facing role, where you have developed your communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficient computer, typing, and 10-key skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and applications
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools and technologies
- Knowledge of fulfillment and distribution services, or a related field, with a understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our clients
