About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle an average of 11 calls per hour per eight-hour shift, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customers.
- Solve routine and complex problems, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Answer incoming customer service orders as soon as possible, displaying active listening and superior customer service skills.
- Document activity in blithequark's system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Operate the phone system effectively, entering orders manually via fax when required.
- Adhere to work schedules and be flexible to accommodate changing priorities.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
