Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our customers via phone and text, 3 days a week. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for managing a moderate call volume, responding to guest reviews, scheduling for our crew, and monitoring our group chat during peak hours. Your excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving abilities will ensure that every customer receives exceptional service, and our internal team members are well-supported.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, and responding to text messages in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information and support to customers regarding our services and general inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Creating and managing our crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed
- Monitoring our crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed
- Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members
- Responding to guest reviews in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all feedback is addressed and resolved
Essential Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically
- Proficiency in using email, messaging apps, and phone systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
