Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience in an administrative setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support to clients.
- Prior accounts receivable experience is highly encouraged, with a strong understanding of financial procedures and practices.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is recommended, with a strong foundation in mathematics, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills, with professional telephone and email etiquette, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Essential skills, including active listening, responsiveness, and a personable approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Computer skills, with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and TEAMS.
- Time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
