Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, personalizing communication to meet their unique needs

- Work a set schedule during our operating hours, which may include 9a-530p/9a-6p EST or 11a-8p EST/1130a-8p EST
Essential Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- At least 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support
- 1 year of call center support experience preferred, with a strong understanding of call center operations and metrics
- 1 year of technical support experience preferred, with a solid foundation in troubleshooting and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
