This individual will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients via phone, email, or fax. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform accurate data entry, and maintain a CRM database with customer and prospect information. **Key Responsibilities** * Professionally respond to inbound calls from customers nationally * Accurately input information into various fields * Maintain CRM database with customer and prospect information * Maintain an order batch * Responsible for the life of an order that is assigned from processing to following up, if required * Follow up as necessary on orders to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner * Verify Items and customer's information entered accurately * Follow up on pending payments and process payments **Supervisory Responsibilities** This position has no supervisory responsibility. **Competencies** * Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be multi-task oriented * Friendly, positive attitude, and eager to assist the customer regardless of the customer's disposition * Work effectively under pressure * Attention to detail * Collaborative and team player attitude **Requirements** * Minimum Requirements: + High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) preferred + Communication and Organizational skills (English/Spanish a plus) + 1 year of previous customer services/call center experience. + Customer service, email, and telephone etiquette are a must. + Must be computer literate with data entry skills. + Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook + Ability to navigate through multiple programs as well as reading and comprehending various customer care service tools. + Previous knowledge navigating Great Plains (GP) a plus **Physical Demands** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
