**Job Details**
* Location: blithequark Headquarters in Azle, TX (Note: This position will start as work-from-home, but will transition to in-office full-time starting summer to fall 2025)
* Position: Full-time
* Hours: Typically Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
* Travel: None required
* Required: Good internet connection
**Main Responsibilities**
* Answer phones, emails, and/or chat from our customers in a timely and professional manner
* Assist customers in our showroom with a smile and a positive attitude
* Record and document customer information as needed
* Process sales and returns efficiently and accurately
* Resolve customer concerns in a fair and timely manner
* Provide exceptional customer service and put a smile on our customers' faces
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a showroom or sales environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
