Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

Physical Requirements
This role requires:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to ensure your comfort and safety.
- Lifting and/or carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, up to 30 minutes in a shift, with appropriate lifting techniques to avoid injury.
- Occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level, as needed.
- Pushing/pulling with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, using equipment or tools as required.
- Bending at the waist with some twisting, up to one hour a shift, with regular stretching to maintain flexibility.
- Grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination, with the possibility of climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
