Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from providers, members, and health plans, addressing a wide range of topics, from benefit information to problem resolution. As a key member of our Customer Service-Clinical department, you will utilize your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to provide timely and accurate responses to our customers. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.
