Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in a fast-paced call center environment, responding to a wide range of service requests and issues.
- Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call, letter, or email from the client.
- Address client inquiries related to enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and other routine customer service matters.
- Develop technical acumen and stay up-to-date on products, services, and processes to provide expert solutions and support to clients.
- Utilize process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to identify areas for growth and implement changes that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities, ensuring that every client interaction is positive and productive.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong client-facing orientation, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
- Capability to work from home, with a dedicated workspace and reliable technology.
