Job Description: CSR Administrator

We're on the hunt for a highly skilled CSR Administrator to thrive in our fast-paced recovery environment. The ideal candidate will be tasked with maintaining impeccable account orderliness, ensuring that each account is assigned to a field agent, updating accounts with new client information, and communicating escalated issues to clients or supervisors as needed. A proficient CSR will facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral, demonstrate a solid understanding of our products and services, and initiate necessary actions with ease. This role is performed entirely via computer, eliminating the need for field work or travel. The perfect candidate must be meticulous, enjoy customer service interactions, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain account orderliness and ensure each account is assigned to a field agent.
• Update designated accounts with new information received from clients.
