Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our remote team based in San Antonio, Texas. As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role offers remote work flexibility, part-time hours, and is suited for professionals at the mid-to-senior level with at least 7 years of experience.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
