About the Position
In this critical role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, addressing a wide range of service requests and issues within a fast-paced call center environment. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective solutions to their concerns. Whether it's enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, group administration, or other routine customer service inquiries, your ability to accurately identify, research, and resolve issues will be paramount to our success.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client service requests and issues in a call center environment, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries, leveraging your problem-solving skills and technical acumen to address client concerns effectively and efficiently.
- Accurately identify, research, and resolve issues based on initial client communication, whether through phone calls, letters, or emails.
- Provide comprehensive support for enrollment and billing inquiries, commissions, technical support, and group administration, demonstrating a strong understanding of our services and policies.

Requirements for Success
