Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 6 months to 3 years of contact center experience within the last 2 years.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with Salesforce experience being a plus.
- Experience working remotely and managing your own schedule.
- The ability to see, talk, and hear to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- The ability to perform job duties while sitting or standing for prolonged periods.

- A fast and reliable internet connection (25 MBPS download required) with an Ethernet hookup strongly preferred.
