Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a view to extend, working full-time 40 hours per week from the comfort of your own home in the Netherlands. As a remote worker, you will need to have a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our Swedish customers through phone, chat, and email, responding to their requests and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner
• Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues and solve problems
• Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Be available to work on national holidays and Sundays, with compensation provided accordingly
• Participate in initial four weeks of full-time training, followed by ongoing opportunities to learn and develop your skills

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• Right to work in the Netherlands
• Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
• Experience working with a computer
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours of 7 am to 9 pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
