What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Service and Tax Preparation Representative - Seasonal working from home, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Help customers prepare their tax returns and answer questions about our products and services
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to resolve customer issues
- Offer additional products and/or services to customers based on their needs

Your Qualifications

- 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service

- A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable computer and internet connection
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes and procedures
- A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing during the application process, with a work computer provided after the first day of training is complete
- High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a reliable means of communication
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence, with the ability to work from home in a designated area
