Available Shifts and Schedule
We are currently looking for candidates to fill the following shifts:
- Monday Call Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST - 1:00 P.M. EST
- Tuesday Chat Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST - 12:00 P.M. EST
- Thursday Chat Shift: 2:00 P.M. EST - 6:00 P.M. EST
These shifts are available to start ASAP, and we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your academic commitments.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Be a currently enrolled college student, preferably majoring in graphic design, marketing, or a business field
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be proficient in graphic design, social media creation, and 3D design tools, such as Blender
- Have a strong portfolio of past work, including examples of social media content, graphic design, and 3D models
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
