Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience

• Maintain the security of cash and protect company assets, adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures
• Keep the store well-stocked, recover merchandise, and receive merchandise, helping with unloading trucks and stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment, maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
• Maintain the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
• Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred, showcasing your ability to provide exceptional customer service and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
