As a Customer Service and Returns Associate at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing them with an outstanding experience. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and returning customer orders, as well as assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, where no two days are ever the same. In this role, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may need to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).

You will work behind a counter, interacting with customers and sorting packages, and will be required to wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear (in select business units).
