Key Responsibilities
- Order entry and management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinating order shipments, including freight quotes and carrier communications
- Preparing and sending invoices to clients, while also managing payment inquiries
- Providing first-touch customer and sales representative communications via phone and email
- Offering product support, including basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Managing outbound PO communications and coordinating with suppliers
- Fielding customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
- Coordinating shipping and stock transfers, including sample fulfillment
- Responding to customer sales inquiries, providing product information, and promoting arenaflex services
- Conducting stock level checks, communicating shipment status changes, and resolving issues with sales representatives
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations, including special projects and initiatives
Essential Qualifications

- Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
