- Assist in gathering necessary information from customers to obtain credit approval, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Prepare quotes and present them to Sales Representatives and/or customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Maintain customer change orders and delivery information using industry-based software programs, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Assist customers who call in with questions about their orders, providing prompt and professional responses to resolve issues and concerns.
