We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be instrumental in planning, communicating, and managing ongoing support projects. Your exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers, manage expectations, and coordinate internal resources. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage internal and external customers in a consultative manner. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently. Strong customer focus, strategic thinking, and implementation skills are also essential, with the ability to understand and explain data and reports.
This is a full-time, remote position within the U.S., with periodic travel required. You will need to be able to sit for much of the workday, with periodic walking and/or standing. You will also need to be able to work in a home office/office environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
