Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Practice Manager (CPM) for our Media & Entertainment domain, who can lead and support transformative customer programs, develop a long-term ProServe strategy, and execute against that strategy within our Media & Entertainment vertical in the United States. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to our customers, driving strategic and financial value through promoting and selling transformational ProServe programs. This is a customer-facing role that requires up to 50% travel to customer sites.
