About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to join our team at blithequark. As a CXR, you will play a critical role in delivering superior, friendly, and efficient transactions, offering company-approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. Your responsibilities will include facilitating the rental process, verifying and documenting driver information, and ensuring an efficient and timely rental and return experience. Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, setting the tone for a positive and memorable experience.
- Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services, including offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment.
- Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information, demonstrating a genuine interest in meeting the needs of our customers.
- Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned, following up with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return, notifying Management of any known customer problems, vehicle issues, or required maintenance, and taking proactive steps to resolve any concerns.
- Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursuing on-the-job training and development opportunities, as well as company-sponsored classroom training, to enhance your performance and contribute to the growth of our team.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Hold a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years, ensuring your ability to safely operate our vehicles.
- Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by blithequark for this position now or in the future.
- Be available to work the following shifts/schedules:
- Sunday: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Wednesday: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Thursday: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Friday: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Saturday: 4:00pm - 12:00am
- or Sunday: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Monday: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Thursday: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Friday: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Saturday: 4:00pm - 12:00am
