**The Role**
As a Customer Experience Executive at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service in the industry. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media platforms, and other channels to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
* Following up on all customer requests to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
* Assisting customers with after-sales service issues, handling sales orders and exchanges/returns, managing customer complaints, and initiating service recovery.
* Providing customer service insights to the blithequark team to inform business decisions and drive growth.
* Liaising with our courier partners to ensure smooth delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Collaborating with our stockist or partners on product delivery and other related matters.
* Handling any other ad-hoc duties as designated by the management.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* **Essential Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
+ At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
