About the Role

- Achieve a Replies per Hour rate of 60 replies per hour worked, demonstrating efficiency and productivity.

Essential Qualifications
- Experience in a Customer Service Chatroom environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft responses that are clear, concise, and engaging.
- Familiarity with verticals such as Automobile Insurance, Health Insurance, and Prescription Drug Plans.
