Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team. Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, preferably in an insurance, mortgage, or banking services environment

- High volume in-bound call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving customer satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing your time effectively to meet customer needs and achieve performance goals
