About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist to join our FinOps team, where you'll be the first line of interaction for all finance-related queries. As a key member of our team, you'll manage follow-ups on inbound customer service ticket queries, phone calls, and voicemails. Your exceptional customer service skills and financial knowledge will help resolve customer inquiries, employee questions, and other assignments. You'll report to our Manager of FinCare and be an integral part of delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, respond to, and resolve customer inquiries within 48 hours, prioritizing based on customer impact
- Answer customer payment and invoice questions, providing timely and accurate solutions
- Assist customers with desired changes to their account, ensuring a seamless experience
- Support arenaflex employees with questions and problems, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving difficult or complicated challenges diplomatically
- Maintain high-quality work, ensuring timeliness, completeness, and accuracy in all interactions
- Perform other tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required, with a strong foundation in customer service and finance
- Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems, ERP systems, and Data Entry, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
- 1+ years of customer service experience, with excellent verbal and telephone skills
- Ability to type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Regular and predictable attendance, with a commitment to reliability and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a financial operations or customer-facing role, with a deep understanding of financial systems and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines with ease
