Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To reside in the state of Rhode Island
- At least 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- 6 months of customer service experience, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations
- Basic typing and computer skills, with excellent navigational skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- High-speed internet access, with a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps (wireless and WiFi "air cards" are not permitted)
- A quiet, dedicated workspace within your home, free from distractions and interruptions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively
- Knowledge of the transportation or healthcare industry, with a understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our passengers
