About the Role
As a Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Appropriately communicating with customers, including providing video support when needed
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Logical problem-solving skills to tackle complex customer issues
- Availability to work various shifts to meet the needs of our customers
- Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume with ease
- Ability to use Windows operating systems to navigate our systems
- Ability to type 25 wpm to efficiently process customer information
- Over 18 years of age to meet our minimum age requirement
- High School Graduate or GED to demonstrate your educational background
- Predictable and reliable attendance to meet our expectations
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- 6-12 months of customer service experience to demonstrate your skills and knowledge
- Consistent work history to show your reliability and commitment
- Proven oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Some technical background to help you navigate our systems and tools
Work from Home Requirements
As a remote employee, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later
- Wired Ethernet LAN connection for a stable internet connection
- Internet Connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
- ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms for a reliable connection
- Proof of internet speed required to ensure your connection meets our requirements
- Clean and quiet workspace to maintain a productive and comfortable environment
