You'll be responsible for handling customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner, providing information on in-force products, and resolving complex problems. If you're a customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Handling customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner * Providing information on in-force products to Agents, Policyholders, and Employees * Communicating contract language in terms that callers will understand * Resolving a wide variety of problems with customers * Providing clear and concise information on problems * Maintaining a log of incoming calls from customers and field personnel * Following through to ensure that problems and requests are handled satisfactorily * Following up on telephone inquiries * Communicating with Policyholders and Agents on policy changes * Completing specific projects relating to policies * Assisting other departments in handling customer service problems * Understanding the process for address and correspondent changes **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a high-volume service environment * High School Diploma, or equivalent; Relevant Associates Degree highly preferred * Must have knowledge of Group Administration, Individual Administration, and be familiar with basic claim processing * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred * Excellent telephone etiquette, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer complaints and problems in a timely and courteous manner * Ability to work remotely near Philadelphia, with occasional on-site work required **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
