- Convey high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate suitable product features, benefits, and different components of arenaflex services
- Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
- Provide exceptional client care by responding to questions regarding accounts in a prompt, organized client care environment
- Record essential account data according to established policies and procedures
- Integrity: Comply with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 2+ years of customer care experience, preferably in a client-facing role, with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication
- Proven track record of success in a customer care and sales environment (2+ years)
- Ability to work in a high-speed, metric-driven environment with capable multitasking and navigation in an electronic environment
