As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for delivering extraordinary service to our customers in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment. You'll consult with customers to understand their needs, tailor unique solutions, and provide relevant product offers that deepen customer engagement and result in measurable value. You'll also continuously improve your key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales.
