Work Schedule and Environment

The selected candidate will start with a fully onsite training period of 8 weeks or more, during which they will have the opportunity to work from home. Following the training, the role transitions into a hybrid schedule, with a block schedule that includes 2 weeks of remote work from home, followed by 1 week in the office. This schedule allows for a great balance between face-to-face interaction with the team and the flexibility of working from home. Our office hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and we are looking for someone who can commit to this schedule.
